I’ve realised recently that my brain doesn’t get the same dopamine hit it used to from checking something off a to-do list. Mostly because I just focus on all the things still to do!
Instead I now set three priorities for the day and then use a ta-da list to write down everything I actually do in a day. It helps me to feel much more productive, see where I’m spending my time and I include any life admin in there too!
