Single A4 page planner marked into Monday to Friday with spaces for you to fill out what you've done this week.I’ve realised recently that my brain doesn’t get the same dopamine hit it used to from checking something off a to-do list. Mostly because I just focus on all the things still to do! 

Instead I now set three priorities for the day and then use a ta-da list to write down everything I actually do in a day. It helps me to feel much more productive, see where I’m spending my time and I include any life admin in there too!
