Our lovely client, Chatty Therapy approached us in the Spring to help with the next phase of their business growth.
Previously, they had been working solely within schools, providing speech and language therapists to primary schools across the north west. As their business evolved, they developed two new products: Chatty Toolbox; specialist software packages which help identify gaps in language, and Chatty Workshops; online training to aid school staff to improve their knowledge and confidence when helping children with speech and language difficulties.
We established that Chatty Therapy should remain as the main overarching brand, as it had good recognition within the education sector, but recommend a visual refresh to the brand. This then enabled us to create two additional sub brands for Chatty Toolbox and Chatty Workshops, giving them a much stronger visual presence.
In order to help Carole understand the best way to spread the word about Chatty Therapy, we worked together to create a strategy document which included brand vision, target audience profiles, competitor analysis and an overview of a marketing plan. This was supported with a suite of marketing materials for the client to use including: social media templates, email footers, business cards, lanyards, pull-up banners, leaflets, staff uniforms and even a tablecloth!
